Nantucket Pasta Goddess's proprietary blend of flours is the base for all our ravioli and cut pastas. Starting with our earthy mushroom and goat cheese filling, drizzled with white truffle oil makes this ravioli a decadent, and delicious eating experience. Serve with a simple brown butter sauce with shaved truffle pecorino and your guests will be delighted.
Our butternut squash filling is full of flavor and spices. We start with perfectly cooked butternut squash and sweeten it with organic agave nectar sprinkled with crispy sage and exotic spices. The result is a savory filling with a hint of sweetness followed by a hint of aromatic spices. Serve this with ghee, chopped walnuts, fried sage and shaved parmiggiano.
